REQUIREMENT: ACH Coordinator
LOCATION:
DURIATION: FULL TIME
Excellent customer/user interaction skills are

Skills:
-Strong
knowledge of NACHA Rules and Regulations
-Works
with internal and external auditors on reviewing, testing and ensuring
compliance with ACH rules and regulations and internal policy and procedures
-Processes
daily ACH returns and maintain compliance on returned ACH transactions.
-Prepare
ACH balance sheet daily and reconcile rejected transactions.
-Work
with the online account opening system to download the daily ACH files.
-Originates
ACH files to the ACH Processor after processing and balancing the ACH program
-Provide
assistance to internal and external customers to resolve any questions or
issues.
-Provide
assistance to internal sales team to effectively promote and sale EFT solution.
-Act
as a liaison between customers and internal technical /business development
group.
-Ability
to work long hours and evening shifts

LOCATION:

The project manager will be
responsible for the project post-sale through the production launch. Most
important duties include keeping the project on time and within scope.
Responsibilities also include: weekly updates to internal and external groups,
coordination within departments regarding development, integration, and
testing. Must enjoy working as part of a team.
