AccuSHIP provides Internet based services to corporations assisting them with finding the best shipping service online, printing the shipping labels, tracking the shipment and auditing the delivery and billing information. SRC developed various functionalities including an online payment system for this service. AccuSHIP applications run in SUN and Oracle 8i environment.

Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS) is a Fortune 1000 company and a premier provider of diversified business process and information technology outsourcing solutions to commercial and government clients worldwide. SRC has partnered with ACS to provide consulting services to City of Memphis on their Information Systems projects in the areas of Treasury System Maintenance including a Lockbox processing and E-Payment projects.

AT&T is among the world's premier voice, video and data communications companies, serving consumers, businesses and government. SRC worked with the Government Marketing Division Circuit Switched Network Operating System (CSNOS) to manage database and provide migration to next generation platform with Ingres 10.x. CSNOS is one of AT&T’s operations system used to administer the federal telecommunications system 2000 (FTS2000) Network. CSNOS allows personnel in the FTS2000 network control center and FTS2000 network security center to analyze the data needed to service and maintain the switched voice and switched data services. The system is developed in C and Embedded SQL C for interfacing with Ingres database.

These beverage giants and their distributors wanted to provide better service and reduce the cost of vending operations. SRC consultants were involved in development of a turnkey solution for the vending management system designed by SkyWire. The system provided remote monitoring of the status of the vending machines and a centralized application to schedule optimum routes and delivery of products as needed.

SRC participated with DISYS in development of supply and trading system within the Internet Group for Exxon Mobile Corp in Fairfax, VA. SRC provided expertise in ORACLE Developer 2000, CGI and PERL scripting, along with HTML programming. This project also included responsibility for upgrading, maintaining, and optimizing the corporate internet web engine applications.

Electronic Data Systems, EDS, is the leading global information technology services company. They provide the right strategies, solutions, services and products to help their clients succeed in the digital economy. SRC assisted in the development of a Core Business System using Oracle Financial Applications for EDS/Hitachi Data Systems. SRC also provided deployment and production support for this system.

SRC has worked on several E&Y projects in the Dallas, Texas area through Net-Strike Worldwide. Net-Strike is their full-solution provider subsidiary. SRC consultants were involved with various information technology development projects using Java, Corba, Powerbuilder, and web development skills.

Excell Data is a West Coast leader in information technology consulting and systems integration services providing a broad portfolio of service offerings to Global 1000, high velocity middle market and dot-com startups. Cambridge Technology Partners, which was a start up company initiated by two MIT professors, has grown to become a worldwide enterprise with over 3,500 employees in 19 global locations. SRC participated in several projects with Cambridge through Excell.

Expanets provides integrated voice, video, data and web-enabled solutions to over 500,000 clients across the United States. SRC designed and developed a Parts and Service System (PASS) using Microsoft Visual Basic with Microsoft Access for Expanet’s client. The project consisted of management of service contracts, maintenance forms, parts management and service management including quotes and cost management.

5th Market provides Convertible Bond Securities and Risk Arbitrage Trading. 5th Market designs, develops and deploys Java based platform software utilizing Real-Time messaging and Auction Middleware. This electronic exchange was developed using Web Logic and EJB on a Unix platform. SRC participated in the development from start till launch of the service. http://www.5thmarket.com/.

SRC was involved with the development and maintenance of Core Banking Application and client management services.

GOVERNMENT PROJECTS
SRC has extensive experience working with various state and city government organizations to development various systems and services in a very cost effective and timely fashion. SRC has worked on several systems for the State of Louisiana’s Department of Labor, the State of Mississippi’s Department of Human Services and the State of Wisconsin’s Department of Corrections. SRC has partnered with successful government technology providers such as SCB Computer Technology, Advance Technical Professionals, LLC, and Eagle Systems Technology for the design and development of IT applications for many state government projects.

Its portfolio includes over 2000 hotels with Hilton®, Doubletree®, Embassy Suites Hotels®, Hampton Inn®, Hampton Inn & Suites®, Harrison Conference Centers®, Hilton Garden Inn®, Homewood Suites® and Conrad ™. SRC assisted in the design, development and deployment of the Hotel Property Management System and integration with centralized reservation system.

iFarm, Inc. creates value for their investors, farmer members, and commerce partners by utilizing internet and B2B e-commerce technology to generate supply chain savings, reduce costs associated with sales, customer service, and transaction costs, and continually open new market opportunities. SRC provided a private label account aggregation service from uMonitor and integration services to enhance online service for iFarm clients.

Infogain Corporation, headquartered in Silicon Valley, is a global solutions consulting firm focused on integrating business applications that deliver innovative customer care solutions. Founded in 1990, the company’s major service competencies include eCRM, Web Services/Integration, and Business Intelligence. SRC has worked on a number of projects for Infogain and their clients to develop new features and functions and integrate the service with the client systems. The projects required Java, Weblogic and EJB skills.

InfoSpace delivers wireless and Internet software and application services to the leading wireless and broadband providers, websites and merchant resellers around the world. SRC participated in a number of projects for PRIO division such as an allocation of rewards points to client account, a user interface development project, and a backend server interface. These projects were developed using JAVA and EJB on Sun Platform.

J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., one of the largest transportation logistics providers in North America, excels in providing value-added transportation solutions to a wide spectrum of customers. SRC participated in several on-site IT projects and is also involved in search for technical personnel with critical skills for permanent staffing requirements.

Jimmy Dean Foods, acquired by Sara Lee in 1984, is firmly in place at the forefront of the foods industry, with a commitment to innovative manufacturing processes, strict sanitary plant conditions, and a rigorous quality control program. Headquartered in Cordova, Tennessee, Jimmy Dean Foods operates its own data services. SRC provided consulting services for a SQL Server Database project.

K•B Toys is the nation's largest combined mall-based and online specialty toy retailer, operating more than 1,300 stores in all 50 states, Guam and Puerto Rico. K•B Toys is headquartered in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The company has a number of core business applications running on an IBM mainframe, and they are upgrading these applications and developing Internet front ends for these applications. Working with RPM Associates, SRC has been involved with all aspects of these projects for the past three years.

LOGISTICS PROJECTS
SRC participated in a number of projects for a large logistics company while partnering with such vendors as COMFORCE, SCB Computer Technology, Volt Management Corp, and Nextech Solutions. These projects included an Internet based package tracking server and an Internet based sales force information system. Both of these systems were developed using JAVA, EJB and C++ with Sun Platform and Weblogic. On another occasion, this company needed improvements in scheduling and routing of pick-up trucks. A system was developed for SkyWire to monitor the status of drop boxes in real time with wireless communication. Custom software was created to collect and analyze real time data and interface to the backend system. SRC's consultants are also involved in ongoing mainframe projects with the company.

Loral Space & Communications is one of the world's largest providers of fixed satellite services, including transponder leasing for corporate data networks, broadband data transmission, content services and Internet connectivity. Loral is also the second largest manufacturer of commercial satellites and related technology. SRC designed an International Network Management System for Orion, which was later purchased by Loral Space and Communications.

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is a $22 billion retailer of a complete line of home improvement products and equipment. The company serves more than seven million do-it-yourself and commercial business customers each week through 780 stores in 42 states. SRC participated in design and development of retail support system at their corporate headquarters in North Carolina.

Memphis Light, Gas and Water is the largest three-service municipal utility in the nation. They supply more than 400,000 customers in the Memphis and Shelby County area with electricity, natural gas and water. SRC is working with MAK Consulting to assist in CIS Banner application deployment. Along with CIS Banner table structures and processes, SRC provides expertise in performance tuning, Oracle DBA, Pro*C, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

MeshNetworks has developed an extensive Intellectual Property portfolio of patented networking, geo-location and radio technologies for Wireless LAN (802.11), and fixed and mobile broadband wireless networks. The company is offering this technology in the form of licenses, chipsets, software and turnkey product reference designs to OEMs, system integrators and network operators. SRC has provided on-site software engineers to aid in the development of this technology and is involved in search for technical personnel for permanent staffing requirements.

Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. is one of the South's largest investment firms. Through their more than 140 offices in 14 states, Morgan Keegan serves individual investors in the Southern United States and institutional clients throughout the U.S. and abroad. SRC provided consulting services to their research group for technology assessment and business process review.

ORBCOMM is a world leader in the delivery of wireless data services using its Low Earth Orbit Satellite network. SRC has completed several very large projects for the company. These include a technology assessment for commercial readiness, the development of a high performance message switch for the network control center, the development of a SNMP based network management system to manage the world wide network of earth stations and network control centers, the development of a wireless data application for vehicle tracking, and the development of a system administration application for data terminals.

Panasonic is a leader in development of mobile terminal for wireless networks. SRC has been a certified developer for these terminals and has worked with Panasonic in development of specialized application for their terminals. Examples of such applications include vehicle tracking and railroad freight car tracking.

SAKS Inc. is one of the country’s premier retail enterprises, operating 358 stores in 39 states with over $6.5 billion in annual revenues. SRC was involved in design, development and deployment of mainframe-based delivery system using Cobol, CICS and DB2.

SkyTel is a world leader in one-way and two-way messaging services. SRC was retained by SkyTel to develop a web based user interface for customer service. SRC also developed an Internet based application for the operator dispatch system. SRC has developed several client side applications for pager devices. SRC personnel have been instrumental in design and development of one-way and two-way messaging service network control center and all the interfaces to RF and wireline networks. This included IVR system, a fully integrated voicemail system, fax system and email services. Development of SDK for third party wireless data application using SkyTel network was also included. All the development was done using object oriented methodology on Unix and NT platform using C++ language.

Thomas & Betts is a leading producer of connectors and components for worldwide electrical markets. The corporation manufactures its products on a worldwide basis. SRC was involved in design and development of inventory management system.

TVG – a subsidiary of AT&T - provides an interactive gaming network that is delivered into the home via cable or satellite based service provider, with supporting wagering capabilities enabled by telephone, PC and cable/satellite set-top box. SRC was involved with the development of the gaming network system using Internet, IVR and dial-up modems.

uMonitor provides a highly personalized information aggregation service for financial institutions, portals, and carriers. uMonitor serves financial professionals with its uMAdvisor service. SRC was responsible for architecture design, system development and deployment of the services. SRC provides ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the service. VIP Tone is the first company to offer both an integrated industry-tailored portal and the outsourced management of the IT infrastructure to streamline content management, ease administration of complex equipment and networks, and offer one source for billing and customer care. SRC provided design, development, deployment and user training on the system.

Wachovia is the nation's fourth largest financial holding company. SRC was involved in a conversion project from UNIX to Windows NT. The project included the development of tools for automatically installing and configuring applications that have been ported from UNIX to Windows NT. Test Scripts for testing the applications were also developed. The project environment included Windows NT, Visual C++ 5.0, MFC, and Rational SQL Suite.
