We do not require employees to sign a bond or financial contract with SRC. It is our belief that if we treat employees right, they will be our loyal long-term associates. | Health, Dental, Life Coverage |

SRC believes that a healthy employee is a happy employee. It is equally important to take care of family. With this goal in mind, SRC offers comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage to all employees. SRC offers medical coverage through a PPO plan. This gives employees a choice of physicians and better medical service.

| Compensation |
|
SRC offers competitive salary based on education, skills and experience. Annual performance reviews provide formal feedback to employees on their achievements and areas of improvements. Salary reviews are normally conducted annually but could be adjusted by management and are based on the performance of individuals. SRC believes in matching compensation to contribution by the employee. Overtime and bonus payment depends on the nature of the assignment and performance of an individual.

| Vacation and Holidays |
|
After one year of service every employee is entitled to 10 days or 80 hours of vacation. After 6 months of employment employees may borrow 5 days or 40 hours towards the 10 days of vacation available at the one-year anniversary. On each anniversary there after each employee is entitled to 10 days of vacation. On the 4th anniversary employees are entitled to 15 days or 120 hours of vacation. There is no provision to cash in or carry over vacation time.

After one year of service every employee is eligible for 5 days or 40 hours of sick time. There are no provisions to cash in or carry over sick time.

SRC observes common U.S. holidays. Sometimes clients may observe different holidays and in that case, our employees may take those days off as their vacation time, if available. They may also be able to work those hours at the client site at a different time, if approved by the client.

| Relocation |
|
SRC offers relocation assistance to employees when they first join the company and when they have to relocate for SRC work. All relocation expenses must be pre approved by SRC management. For complete relocation details, refer to the SRC Employee Handbook.

| Professional Development |
|
SRC is based on the idea of continuous learning. We encourage our employees to continue learning and be prepared for the “next assignment” all the time. When client schedule permits they can take classes to advance their knowledge and acquire new skills. SRC also evaluates specific needs and may support funding for the skills needed for a given assignment. We also assist our new employees from foreign countries to learn consulting business and work practices in the USA.
